Need a Certificate of Assessment?
If you are a realtor in need of a Certificate of Assessment for a property within Lakewood Hills please fill out the form below and submit via email with the property location and whether you need a notarized copy of the assessment for your closing, and what date you need it by.
We ask for a week's notice in order to make time to deliver these services to you.
We have a simple fee of $25 for filling out, notarizing and delivering the assessment.
