Lakewood Hills Property Owners Association is dedicated to enriching the lives of community members in the Lakewood Hills, MA area. Our volunteers work extra hard all year long in order to keep things interesting at LHPOA!

The Lakewood Hills Property Owners Association is a voluntary, non-profit organization established to maintain the neighborhood, property, and its common properties. The association has a governing body, known as the Board of Governors. It IS comprised of nine members each serving a three-year term of office. Our board is chaired by the association president, a vice president, a treasurer, and six others who vote as a group to determine how the association is operated and maintained. Each board member has been voted into position at the annual board meeting or appointed by the president and approved by the remaining board members. The board meets monthly at the clubhouse and meetings are open for all members to attend. The annual membership meeting, to elect our officers, approve the fiscal budget, and discuss other pertinent matters, is held in the fall.

LHOPA Beach Attendants ensure all members are having fun at Spectacle Pond. From providing members with all their beach needs, information regarding rentals, and maintaining the beach our beach attendants do it all.
